Fielding reservation calls at Piiholo Ranch is Moani Pao, Executive Secretary to Peter Baldwin. Moani is dedicated to getting guests the best reservation possible, taking calls Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 4pm. After hours, she is assisted by a second reservationist, Deborah Thorne, from 4pm – 7:30pm on Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am – 7:30pm. From morning rides to midday and private trips, Moani arranges accommodations based on the guests’ desired day and size of group. In addition to answering the phones, Moani is responsible for all transactions relating to the ranch, coordinating rides and special requests, and handling human resources. Born and raised on Maui, she attended University of Hawaii and finished her degree in business administration at University of Phoenix; she is now pursuing an M.B.A. After college, Moani worked for the Maui Chamber of Commerce as a business development coordinator for five years, and then became employed under Baldwin Pacific Corporation. She has worked with Peter for 16 years.
